For your wedding cake you can choose:
Pastry: sponge, chocolate, nuts, hazelnuts, almonds, carrot/nut, coconut, orange.
Filling: berry, chocolate, strawberry, pineapple, caramel, egg-cream, condense milk and coconut.
Topping: icing, marzipan, massa Americana (type of soft marzipan, less intense in taste), chocolate flakes.
Design: you can send a photo of a cake of your choice, or simple define how many tiers, what shape and color
You need approx 100g – 120g per person and prices vary between € 12 – €50 per kilo. Smaller cakes can be more expensive because the decoration part is what takes up most time and work.
To create a bigger cake when you only have a small number of guests we suggest to add a “false” tier at the bottom.
